I am an Executive Coach, Business Consultant, and Facilitator. Building businesses and launching start-ups have driven my core for the last two decades. I learned the cartwheel at a leading Korean electronics giant and a Fortune 500 US multinational company in my role as a Country Head. I sold my innovative start-up online retail company a few years back and invested heavily into a new business venture; providing state-of-the-art technology solutions to Special Forces and Homeland Security Forces of our country. I am a thoroughbred ‘fauji’s’ son who has carried the values of integrity and sincerity close to my heart and soul.

Dabbling in unknown territory has always been my passion and I am the Managing Partner at Innergiz Consulting Group, a learning and development organization. During my stint at Samsung, I was one of the two founder members of the new department that launched Samsung Learning Academy. Coaching and facilitation come naturally to me and I have catalyzed many learning journeys in diverse developmental areas such as self-mastery, building high-performing teams, communication, enhancing managerial skills, presentation mastery, key account management, selling skills, and many more.
