Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Innergiz Consulting Private Limited (“Innergiz”), we strive to deliver high-quality coaching programs, courses, and learning experiences in line with global coaching standards. We aim to be transparent about our refund and cancellation practices.

1.1 General Policy

• All coaching sessions, programs, and courses are provided on a strictly non-refundable basis once delivered.
• Coaching is a professional partnership that requires mutual commitment. While Innergiz is dedicated to client growth and learning, outcomes may vary based on individual engagement. Therefore, no guarantees of specific results can be made.

1.2 Individual Coaching Sessions

• Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of seventy-two (72) hours’ prior written notice.
• Sessions canceled with less than the required notice period, or missed without notice, shall be treated as delivered and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

1.3 Coaching Packages and Programs

• Multi-session coaching packages shall remain valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase.
• Unused sessions beyond the validity period shall expire automatically and will not be refunded.

1.4 Group Programs, Workshops, and Events

• Cancellations made twenty-one (21) days or more before the scheduled start date may, at Innergiz’s discretion, be eligible for a credit toward a future program.
• Cancellations made within twenty-one (21) days of the event are not eligible for a refund or credit.
• Participants are not entitled to any refund in case of non-attendance or inability to participate in the scheduled sessions for any reason whatsoever.
• Under exceptional circumstances, and solely at the discretion of Innergiz, a participant may be permitted to attend a future batch of the same program, provided such a batch is scheduled by Innergiz. Innergiz is under no obligation to organize or reschedule the program for this purpose.

1.5 Digital Content and Online Courses

All purchases of digital products, recordings, online courses, and downloadable resources are final and non-refundable due to immediate access provided upon purchase.

1.6 Exceptional Circumstances

In the event that Innergiz modifies, postpones, or cancels any program, participants will be offered one of the following:

• A full refund; or
• An option to transfer the fees to another program of equal value.

Refunds resulting from provider cancellation shall be processed within thirty (30) business days following written notice of cancellation.

All such cases will be reviewed on an individual basis and remain subject to the sole discretion of Innergiz Consulting Private Limited.

1.7 Amendments

Innergiz reserves the right to amend or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be published on this page, and continued enrollment will signify acceptance of revised terms.

1.8 Dispute Resolution

“The parties may, by mutual consent, refer disputes to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in New Delhi.”
