Individuals or Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or have parental consent to register for Innergiz programs. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
1.2 Use of Services
Participants agree to use the Services solely for personal or professional development and not for redistribution or resale. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, financial advice, or legal advice. If you require such services, you should seek qualified professionals.
Outcomes may vary and depend on your commitment, participation, and circumstances. No guarantees of any type of results are made by Innergiz. You are solely responsible for any actions taken and decisions made based on coaching sessions, training, or course content.
1.3 Intellectual Property
All content, tools, materials, frameworks, and program materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of Innergiz and must not be copied, shared, or reproduced without written consent.
1.4 Limitation of Liability
Innergiz shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from participation in its services.
1.5 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
1.6 User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the Terms and conditions laid out by Innergiz.
1.7 Payment and Fees
All fees for Services must be paid in full prior to participation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are non-transferable and subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; however, once you have purchased a service, your fee will remain fixed for that service.
